The last Wednesday in April is Denim Day. I won’t explain it all, you can read about it here. All I will say is that it’s a lot more important than it sounds and that it has very little to do with jeans.
Every body is a home to somebody and if you are allowed to enter you better remember that you are a guest and that you need to treat that home with the utmost respect.
If the door isn’t being flung wide open as you approach it- back off.
And finally, (I can’t believe it still needs to be said) if the door is locked: you are NOT welcome and should probably have left a long time ago.
The “she was asking for it” mindset needs to just die already. At what point did vulnerability go from something to protect to something to take advantage of?
